Hello Neighbors of Oasis,
Hope everyone had a safe Independence Day with some food, family, and Arizona approved fireworks! It looks like we are creeping back into Monsoon Season again so be sure to have your landscapers thin out your trees and take off any excess debris to keep from flying around the neighborhood and into the lake! It appeared that we only saw 1 tree down from a Homeowner on Hazelton so hopefully everyone else didn’t experience any loss either. As always, please submit any inquiries that you have if you think the Association can be of assistance in keeping our neighborhood clean, safe, and friendly to all.
If you notice on the Home page of the website there are (2) new links in a blue box for submittals. We have attempted to make a more efficient and streamlined process for submitting Architectural Changes or General Submittals to the Association and Architectural Committee. These forms can be filled out online and allow you to attach pictures and/or plans and submit directly without having to fax, mail, or e-mail anything. These links can also be filled out on your SmartPhones and allow you to attach documents or pictures directly. If you were walking around the common area you could snap a picture of a potential issue, go to the website, click the link, fill out a brief description and attach the picture. We hope this will be of use to the residents that are utilizing technology.
We have had a few recent complaints about dogs not being on leashes while other residents have been outside. Please keep in mind that this is against the law and you could be imposed a fine for doing so. Please respect the rules and the community in this matter.
We have also had a couple of inquiries about bees in the area. If the bees are in a common area please let the Association know by filling out the online General Submittal form. If the bees are on a homeowners property please work directly with the homeowner if possible. We have had a bee contractor out to a fee common areas that had been reported but there were no signs of hives as the bees may have just been swarming looking for new locations to nest.
Thank you all for your continued support to make this community thrive in Tempe!
