Notice: We are pleased and excited to inform homeowners that repair work on the walls has begun! We are staring with the area along McClintock and coming into the community on the north side. Look for repair work followed by painting of the walls. Letters were sent to those homeowners about the work that was to be done as well as the cost of the project. We will continue in this same manner moving forward with continued repairs!

Due to recent vandalism in the community, the management company has asked for additional police patrols in the neighborhood. Be sure to take your valuables out of the car, keep your car locked and your house locked as well. As for packages, try to have them delivered when you are home or use an alternate address. Your participation in your own safety is essential. Recently, mail has been stolen from those homes that have private mailboxes in front of their homes. If this happens to you, call the police non-emergency line at: 480-350-8311 and/or the postmaster at: 800-275-8777.
