“The How Do I” Section for Oasis Homeowners

Use the following topics to make sure you follow guidelines when making changes to your home.  There are also some topics that will improve your use of this site as well as how to stay in touch with your Homeowners Board and community news as it happens.

How Do I...

  • Submit an architectural change request?

    1. Understand the full scope of the improvement you are wanting to make that falls within the CC&R's File of The Oasis
    2. Review that your project does not violate the "Architectural Guidelines"
    3. Select either the (Printable) or (Electronic) Architectural Request Submittal Form
    4. Fill out this form in its entirety online and submit or fax to 480.820.7441
    5. Once you receive approval from Kinney Management you will be able to start work

  • Know what paint colors are approved?

    1. For your reference you may click this link.
    2. After you have decided on your appropriate color scheme you must make sure to submit an Architectural Request to info@oasisatanozira.org
    3. Once you receive approval from Kinney Management you will be able to start work

  • Report a community issue?

    1. Use the "Questions, Comments, Concerns" section on the right panel to submit to Kinney Management . --->
    2. You may also call Kinney Management at 480.820.3451 or e-mail at info@oasisatanozira.org


    Some things you might report/send in could include notification of a Break-In, Reporting a Violation, An idea for the Board to review, or any other important issue that potentially needs to be known by the community at large.
