Burglaries | Suspicious Activity
As a community we always need to stay alert of our surroundings. If anyone see any suspicious activity, call 911 or Tempe’s non-emergency number, 480.350.8311. If you have a burglary and you have already filed a police report please submit the information on this site so we can make other homeowners aware.
Garage Sales
The community typically advertises a garage sale annually (Spring Time) to help drive traffic to the neighborhood so homeowners have an increased opportunity to sell their treasures! As with any garage sale please make sure you pick up your area promptly including removing any signs used around the neighborhood to promote traffic. We all need to do our part and respect the community at large.
Roof Rats
The City of Tempe has a program to control roof rats. One of the biggest ways to control roof rats is by harvesting any citrus fruit from your trees and not letting it fall to the ground to rot. More information from the City of Tempe website can be found by clicking here.
